Second-hand book selling

We are delighted to announce a new initiative enabling parents to trade second-hand books via the Sustainable School Shop website. This new service allows you to either buy or sell your second hand books, calculators, stationery and musical equipment through a secure website.

It's easy to use:

  • Register on the Sustainable School Shop website
  • You can then list your items for sale. Our booklists are available on the website making it easy to list the items you have for sale. You can also list them now but include a later date for trading when they are no longer in use
  • You can submit wanted ads for those items you are looking to buy
  • Buyers receive an email notifying them that their wanted item has been listed by a seller
  • Buyers can contact the seller and arrange where and when to trade.

If you have any queries or don't have access to the internet or email, the Sustainable School Shop is available to help. Contact them via their website or call on 0438 743 444.

The website has a subscription fee, however we are covering this on your behalf so be sure to nominate Peninsula Grammar when registering.

We are very excited about this new initiative and hope you will participate. Recycling these items is not only good for the environment, it also helps reduce costs for our families.

Donating Books

In addition if you are happy to donate your books, we have teamed up with the Les Twentyman Foundation and will provide them to Les and his crew to distribute to disadvantaged schools. There is a drop off point in front of the Uniform Shop.

Parents wishing to view the School are invited to contact our Admissions Office, who welcome enquiries at any time and will be happy to arrange personal tours for families. Telephone (03) 9788 7753 or email

our golden jubilee celebrations

All members of our community - past, present and future - were invited to join us as we celebrated fifty years of outstanding education on the Mornington Peninsula. We had a host of celebratory Golden Jubilee events in 2011.
